It was brilliant restaurant in the UK.
This restaurant owned by Japanese 🇯🇵 enterprise, they managed the quality very well. And the team leader was very great, he keep teaching the Chinese staff and monitor the team very well.

Not impressed with the yakiudon but the tan tan udon was good. Glasses were a bit dirty.

Me and my friends came here on a little brunch and the staff was so nice, compared to other restaurant it was also very clean. I will be coming back again soon!

We came here on a Monday expecting the half price Kake Udon for members (which we are) but we were turned down and forced to pay full price. The server quotes something about coming here too much/not enough, and we weren’t eligible. We were also charged incorrectly for the sides (got a sweet potato tempura and charged for a chicken).

Decent food; I come for specific vegetarian dishes. The service has improved in recent visits, and the condiments station was fully stocked. It satisfies my cravings for udon.

Food quality is good , quantity is very less , one scoop of teriyaki chicken (3 small pieces in regular teriyaki bowl which is 11.5£)

‼️ The employees use their hands (WITHOUT GLOVES) to serve the udon noodles. The lady serving us the noodles started swirling the noodles on her bare fingers which made us feel sick and we ended up canceling the order. If using hands to serve the noodles is necessary, then gloves must be mandatory. VERY POOR HYGIENE, DISGUSTING. 🤮 ‼️

We went here on Saturday and I ordered the Miso Tofu Udon. Upon seating and having a few bites of my meal, I noticed I had been served the SALMON version of the dish and I am vegetarian. This was a bit of a shock as I haven't eaten meat or fish in 5 years. I told one of the servers and she apologized, refunded me and brought me the tofu version. This was a bit of a relief and I am grateful for her. It still left a really bad taste in my mouth and the actual dish itself was super salty. Will most likely not come back.
